An exceptional sparkling wine, created in collaboration with Pierre-Yves Harang, a renowned oenologist from Champagne, France. Made using the traditional “Méthode Champenoise” and supported by years of meticulous research, Cuvée Castelar combines the best of French tradition with Uruguayan innovation, offering a unique experience in every bubble.
