Extreme Vineyards
Dark Side

Albariño

It explores a less conventional expression of the variety, where the focus shifts from aromatics to texture, structure, and depth. Sourced from Garzón, a region of strong maritime influence and a pioneering area for Familia Deicas since 2006, it originates from vineyards certified under Sustainable Production (LSQA–LATU). Skin maceration, extended aging, and a minimal-intervention approach result in a white wine of complexity, seriousness, and persistence.
