Extreme Vineyards
Sudestada de Marzo

Cabernet Sauvignon

Born in La Barra, Punta del Este (Maldonado), just 8 kilometers from the Atlantic Ocean. Each March, as Cabernet reaches full ripeness, the sudestada pushes the vineyard to its limits, bringing winds and humidity that can challenge the harvest. These conditions shape an uncommon profile defined by freshness, tension, vibrant acidity, minerality, and a subtle herbal nuance.
